Randstad in Chicago currently has a Temp-to-Hire opening for a Lead Generation Marketing Associate with an innovative event marketing services that we work with conveniently located near public transportation in the Loop. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 2-3 years of lead generation and event marketing industry experience.

- Identify and prospect national event sponsors and agencies through outbound email, phone calls, and digital marketing campaigns - Research companies to identify key contacts and develop customized outreach templates based on their goals and needs - Run outbound email and phone campaigns to generate leads and schedule demo calls - Optimize website for lead conversion and report to management on weekly traffic and lead conversion metrics

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - In depth knowledge of the event marketing industry and social media - Minimum 2-3 years of outbound call experience - Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Graphic Design Tools, Google pay-per-click and Salesforce
