Summary
The Senior Manager, Facilities will oversee facilities and site services programs to improve levels of services, cost, efficiencies, employee experience, and overall workplace environment.
Responsibilities
* Primary liaison between services providers that support facilities to foster better communication, partnerships and enhanced levels of service * Assist with facility planning, operations, maintenance, and corporate services * Assist with Planning, budgeting, and scheduling facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, furniture, and other related costs * Liaise with Building maintenance and janitorial staff * Collaborate with other companies to understand and implement current trends and best practices * Manage Workplace Services programs to find ways to continuously improve levels of service, cost and efficiency * Develop partnerships and ongoing relationships with vendors * Inspect buildings, sites and equipment for needed repair / maintenance * Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution * Assist with construction project management * Maintain records and prepare reports
Ideal Candidate
* At least 5 to 7 years facilities site services management experience * Bachelor’s Degree * Experience overseeing day to day facilities operations is a plus * Excellent written and verbal communication * Excellent listener and problem solver * Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with all levels externally and internally * Experience in analyzing information, development of standards, and managing processes * Comfortable speaking/communicating to large audiences * Must be self-motivated and highly customer-centric * Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing, and high volume department * A creative thinker with a proven track record of getting tasks completed
