Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to execute Marketing programs, ensure effective and efficient lead flow, and develop, execute, and draw insights from reports and dashboards for our growing Marketing team. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that communications with prospects and customers are timely, professional, and optimized for the best results. You will also leverage best practices and cutting-edge technology to run and measure our marketing engine most effectively.
Responsibilities
* Own the setup, maintenance, and reporting for all email marketing through Marketo. * Manage email calendar and touches per audience. * Oversee segmentation approach, collaborate with Marketing and Sales stakeholders and provide recommendations based on performance. * Own the Marketo implementation and the sync to Salesforce. * Manage lead imports and ensure data accuracy for all marketing efforts. * Assist in Social Media and SEM tracking setup and maintenance. * Build landing pages, create HTML emails and Marketo forms and send emails leveraging email marketing best practices. * Collaborate with design team to develop creative assets such as email headers, email templates, and landing page templates. * Optimize lead flow process from Marketing to Sales, including Marketing influence throughout the funnel, collaborating with Sales Operations. * Own CMO Dashboard, reporting on funnel metrics, Marketing KPIs, and multi-touch attribution. * Evaluate new tools and technology that will improve outcomes in email, lead flow, and analytics. * Work closely with Marketing stakeholders for their reporting needs. * Partner with Marketing program owners to support their campaigns. * Participate in the Radius-on-Radius initiative.
Ideal Candidate
* 3-5 years of Marketing Operations experience with a software company. * Marketo Certified Expert. * Strong experience building dashboards and reports in Salesforce. * Experience with Google Analytics. * Genuine curiosity and passion for marketing operations. * Self-starter comfortable working in a startup environment. * Experience with Bizible and Wordpress a plus. * Bachelor’s degree.
