Summary
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for responsible for end-to-end project management of multiple projects. A successful candidate will have an established background with excellent project management skills, great communication skills and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Project Management - Setup and drive the full life cycle of a project. Accountable for project planning, assessment, execution, coordination, monitoring and achievement of the targets set for the project (quality, time, budget, etc.) * Quality - Accountable for meeting quality objectives. Accountable for team following best software engineering practices. Leads continuous improvement via Root Cause Analysis, Lesson Learned, and Prevention processes * Communication - Promote clarity and alignment with ongoing, effective communication (up, down, and laterally). Strive for open, effective and healthy working relationships with your counterparts both locally and overseas. Work closely with development, QA, Integration teams, business stakeholders and Customers (Internal users of the systems)
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of project management experience * Experience in at least 2 projects related to the business domains (sales, support, ERP) * Familiarity with SAAS applications and integration technologies * Project management tool experience like MPP, Smartsheet or any other equivalent tool. * Proven track record of working in a deadline-driven environment * Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, time management, organization and communication skills * Ability to work efficiently and calmly in high-stress situations * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
