The candidate will drive solution-based products leveraging Qualcomm connectivity and IoE technologies WLAN, Ethernet, Power Line, xDSL/G.Fast, PON, BLE, 15.4, etc. The candidate will work closely with Engineering to address enterprise & carrier RFQ processes. He/she will have a strong understanding of carrier access networks, broadband service providers, and enterprise networking. On the strategic front, this person will consolidate inputs (OEM and Carrier requirements, feature requests, competitive assessment, and marketing trends) into QCA products (hardware, software and system designs) up to three years into the future.
This role will be responsible for helping craft customer presentations and Sales enablement collaterals, establishing relationships with key customers and developing case studies to aid in the pitch of QCA solutions. He/she will also be responsible for creating MRD towards Engineering and prioritizing feature requests. Tactically, this individual will be responsible for working closely with Engineering to drive system optimization (BOM, Software, and Architecture) and working closely with OEMs and ODMs to deliver highly competitive products to the market.
Minimum Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience with the following areas:
- Market trends, customer requirements, technologies, and solutions addressing Carrier networks (Cable & Carrier Wi-Fi, small cells, licensed and unlicensed convergence, etc.) Broadband Service Providers (triple play services, IPTV, etc.), and Enterprise Wireless Networking (security, cloud architectures, WLAN MU-MIMO, mobility)
- Enterprise and carrier WLAN segment, and at least 3 years of which are in a Marketing /Business Development role

At least 3 years of experience with following skills:
- Specifying and designing Enterprise/Carrier grade networking products from a silicon and system perspective. These products include Indoor/outdoor 802.11 Access Points, Small Cells, Cable/xDSL/FTTx Gateways, Set-Top-Boxes, etc.
- Routing and switching, xDSL/G.Fast, PON, Ethernet, VoIP, and home networking technologies such as WLAN, MoCA, HomePlug, etc.
- Marketplace knowledge of key industry players, competition, and ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and work effectively across geographies and hierarchies in an organization.
- Forecasting, ROI analysis, developing business cases for investment decisions.
- Working with 3rd parties to assess partnership and licensing opportunities.
- MBA is a plus.
- Project Management skills is a plus.
Education Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Master's, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
