Service Logistics Repair Manager

The Service Logistics Repair Manager will work to ensure Pure Storage’s contract manufacturer meet best in class standards. An ideal candidate has relevant customer support/logistics experience and must demonstrate and develop strong relationships across all supply chain functional organizations including: Logistics, Operations and Support. Must be able to self-manage, be customer oriented, and proactive.

* Drive day to day tactical requirements for repair cell operations * Support projects to implement improvements and adjustments to 3PR related activities * Track and manage metrics * Manage production, quality, performance, and turnaround time for Pure Storage contract manufacturer * Manage reporting, inventory consumption and reconcile variances * Work with cross-functional teams to manage failure analysis requirements * Document processes, identify gaps, and implement industry best practices

* 5+ years of experience with Global Service Logistics * Strong attention to detail * Solid analytical skills * Ability to effectively and clearly commnicate with external vendors * Deep understanding of supply chain operations * Strong knowledge of SOX requirements and reporting * Enthusiastic self-starter * Experience in project management * Expertise with the following systems: * Com * NetSuite * Advanced Excel * PowerPoint
