Digital Account Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Digital Account Coordinator to work onsite at our client in the Chicago area. This position is responsible for coordinating the delivery of assets and information and managing the day-to-day projects for digital marketing and web/social/email projects. A demonstrated ability to efficiently manage projects, track tasks and communicate objectives while keeping a forward-looking eye on emerging trends will be key.

* Liaison between client and agency partners to communicate and gather data * Manage and traffic projects - conduit of information to internal teams * Leverages knowledge and understanding of websites, email, and social technical requirements, to facilitate effective communication between client and departmental teams. * Produce project scopes and estimates based on project needs * Leverage current and emerging technologies * Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and developments * Define and communicate client needs effectively * Efficient personal organization to ensure optimum workflow with a high volume of information in a deadline oriented environment * Work efficiently with various cross-functional teams

* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field * Goal-oriented team player with ‘can-do’ attitude * Genuine interest in emerging social/mobile/digital trends * Technically literate, comfortable working with and communicating about internet technologies * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills * Meticulous organizational, analytical and planning abilities
