Data Analytics Manager

The Manager, Data Analytics is responsible for driving actionable insights from a diverse collection of data assets specific to our Analytics Solution. The successful candidate will be instrumental to the transformation, analysis, and modeling of procedural, clinical, and financial data, which will serve as a foundation for analytics specific to our Solutions.

* Systematically connect disparate data sets for analysis * Take initiative to generate and test algorithms for insights driven from data * Work closely with product management and clinical research teams to validate insights * Define automation rules and processes for consistent and efficient analysis

* Bachelors in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or similar required * 5+ years professional background in mathematics, statistics, engineering, and/or informatics * Experience working with databases and writing SQL * Experience working with large data sets * Familiarity with healthcare data preferred but not essential * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Detail-oriented and thorough
