Product Manager

* Our client is looking for an innovative Technical Product Manager to join their Cloud and Management Services Platform product management team in the US. * This individual will be responsible for defining software technical requirements for our network and service management software specifically in the Service Fulfillment & Service and Network Provisioning & Change Mgmt space. * Also responsible for defining technical roadmap of our cloud platform as per our cloud service offering based on the business needs, interacting with multiple teams internally such as Eng, documentation, support, or externally with our key customers and stakeholders on the technical and business level.

* BS/MS in Computer Science or SW Eng, MBA preferred * 5+ years of product management experience * 5+ years of software development experience * 3+ years of experience in defining software requirements and user stories and prioritizing the requirements based on business needs * Domain knowledge in Network and Service Mgmt * Knowledge of eTOM, ITSM, ITIL * Working knowledge of eBonding and Service Assurance Inter-personal skill sets and collaboration with many different teams geographically dispersed * Experience with Agile software development process * Knowledge of Cisco Routing, Switching, Data Center, or Collaboration is an asset
