* Sell large group employee benefits (1,000+ lives) to meet the company objectives of sales, growth, retention, territory development, and financial results.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, plus 5+ years related sales experience (large case experience preferred). * Requires appropriate state Life and Health licensing. * Strong technical skills and strong understanding of underwriting required (experience rating and experience rated concepts). * Excellent planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills required. * Must have leadership skills, as well as time management and decision-making skills. * Basic computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications required. * Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. * Travel required (up to 50%), including overnight stays. * This position requires successful completion of a motor vehicle driving record check. * Non-solicitation agreement required upon hire.
