Job Details

• We are seeking an additional team member with a focus on data quality and integrity. Ability to think outside the box and “peel the layers of the onion” while solving problems is a core requirement.

• Looking for a team member with database experience who wants to be on the front line researching and solving business issues and working with our customer engagement team to enhance adoption of our services.

Daily activities may include:

• Developing solutions not just completing tasks

• Provide customer data support and maintenance to sales, marketing and client engagement teams

• Identifying opportunities for program development for our customers

• Assisting internal application support team members and helping them resolve more complex client issues/case management

• QA testing our internal application and client reporting

• Help streamline internal and external key customer processes and procedures for maximum scale

• The position is based in our corporate office in Irvine No travel is required. English Fluency is a must.
