Human Resources Internship

Precision Castparts Corp. is a worldwide, diversified manufacturer of complex metal components and products. It serves the aerospace, power, and general industrial markets. PCC is the market leader in manufacturing large, complex structural investment castings, airfoil castings, forged components, aerostructures and highly engineered, critical fasteners for aerospace applications.

You will be responsible for accomplishing performance goals and will receive progressive responsibility in human resources.

* Assist with the onboarding and termination process by posting jobs, attending job fairs, running background checks, scheduling interviews, verifying I-9 documents, and completing new hire/termination paperwork * Respond to employee requests and questions * Coordinate and assist with employee events * Manage all employee personnel, benefits, and training files * Conduct audits and recommend corrective action * Assist with other various human resources projects as assigned

* Current Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources management * Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week * Strong interpersonal skills * Detail oriented * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * US citizen or permanent resident * Prior internship experience is preferred, but not required
