Web Developer

- Develop and maintain websites - Use Google Analytics to monitor resulting web traffic for optimization - Integrate CRM system and websites - Assist in creating UI for mobile and web applications for financial markets

- Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience - Minimum 2 years of web development experience - Expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Experience creating graphics and wireframes with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop - Able to use Google Analytics to gain insight into the effectiveness of a website - Stay calm, logical, and focused in high-pressure situations - Able to drive a project from concept through execution - Necessary traits: Absolute integrity; strong sense of ownership; detail oriented; solid communication skills; ability to reflect and learn from mistakes; and ready to learn and grow with the company - Able to work independently and in a team setting - Experience with Drupal 7 and integration with CRM software (or similar experience with another system and a proven ability to become proficient quickly) - Working knowledge (or better) of Microsoft SQL Server/T-SQL - Experience writing websites using ASP.NET/C#
