A bright and experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join a growing team working on products that are disrupting the online marketing space.

* Work on products the digital marketing world has never seen before * Use agile methodologies to get there * Code primarily in Ruby and Javascript * Have fun while you do it

**What we want to see:** * Experience in Ruby on Rails * Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL * Experience with one or more front-end frameworks like AngularJS and Backbone * Experience with test suites like RSpec * Experience with Agile methodologies * Experience with relational data modeling * College degree in Computer Science a plus but certainly not a must. We believe there are super talented coders out there without a CS degree. **You Are:** * Self-driven with ability to take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution * Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, with attention to detail * Self-starter requiring minimal supervision who takes initiative to improve established practices
