Assistant to Mortgage Loan Officer

The Assistant to the Mortgage Loan Officer will oversee all schedule, database, and personal needs for the Mortgage Loan Officer. The Assistant to the Mortgage Loan Officer will be in direct communication with Realtors, Builders, and Business Partners on the Mortgage Loan Officer’s behalf to schedule appointments, con?rm appointments, and various other needs that need to be communicated. The database will be nurtured with the gift program and leveraged events. This position requires immense organization, and time management, along with precise and positive communication skills.

• Manage Mortgage Loan Officer's schedule, e-mails, incoming calls, and set/confirm appointments
• Assist in event planning, gift coordination, and social media projects
• Daily meetings with Mortgage Loan Officer and team
• Organize follow-up calls and birthday/anniversary database
• Quarterly mailings for Mortgage Loan Officer
• Other duties as assigned
