Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all clerical tasks within the office which include: managing supply inventory, greeting clients and representatives, answering phones/emails, sending mailings and promotional materials, and assisting coworkers.

* Professionally administer all incoming calls * Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly * Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner * Maintain a professional atmosphere in the office * Keep stock of supply inventory * Perform a variety of clerical duties * Send out mailings and promotional materials * Other duties as assigned

* Excellent phone etiquette * Excellent verbal communication skills * Punctual * Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Able to multi-task * Professional appearance * Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision * Attention to detail and accuracy are required * Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds **Skill/Educational Requirements:** * Candidates must have a high school education, or equivalent. * At least one year of administrative support experience * Business-related social media use is preferred
