The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all clerical tasks within the office which include: managing supply inventory, greeting clients and representatives, answering phones/emails, sending mailings and promotional materials, and assisting coworkers.
- Professionally administer all incoming calls
- Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
- Maintain a professional atmosphere in the office
- Keep stock of supply inventory
- Perform a variety of clerical duties
- Send out mailings and promotional materials
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Punctual
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to multi-task
- Professional appearance
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy are required
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
Skill/Educational Requirements:
- Candidates must have a high school education, or equivalent.
- At least one year of administrative support experience
- Business-related social media use is preferred
