iOS Engineer

Founded in 2012, Peloton brought top talent together in its Silicon Alley headquarters to create a new concept in fitness. We loved cycling but had a hard time finding a workout that consistently fit our schedules, and our at-home workouts never felt quite up to par. So, we set out to create a world-class indoor cycling studio experience on your time, and in the comfort of your own home.

* You will be working on a very small iOS team to work on a top-grossing health and fitness app. * We're looking for someone passionate about UI/UX interaction and performance who thrives working on a fast-moving team that's rapidly changing the face of the fitness industry.

* Track record of shipping iOS/Mac software. * Ability and love for writing idiomatic Objective-C and Swift. * Experience with multithreading programming in the context of Foundation/Cocoa. * A good understanding of the HTTP protocol and interacting with Restful APIs. * A basic understanding of security "best practices". * Self motivated with strong time management skills. * A basic knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals. **Bonus points if you:** * Have an interest in testing and functional programming. * Are open to fullstack development. * Possess AVFoundation, Core Data or Realm experience.
