Omaha site lead for Operations of all Technical Support Operations. This individual will close support tickets in relation to on-boarding, off-boarding, hardware\software install and removal, support VPN access and partner with our Business Unit Leaders. Support projects related to office build outs, expansions, merger and acquisitions and security initiatives.
- Proficient at obtaining and analyzing multiple sources of data in developing an appreciation for customer needs
- Learning to filter most relevant data from multiple sources to understand customer issues
- Responds to customer issues, investigates solutions, coordinates response from appropriate parties, and follows up to ensure resolution
- Actively looks for opportunities to engage and interact with customers to develop a strong understanding of business partner needs
- Escalation point for L1/L2 Technicians
- Manage site operations day to day
- Provide onsite leadership for projects for Mergers and Acquisitions, office expansions and office build outs
- Manage team in single office
- Secondary point of contact for projects requiring L1\L2 Support Teams
