Product Management Intern

PatientPop is the first practice growth platform for healthcare providers—transforming the way every doctor promotes and advances their practice.

PatientPop is looking for a Product Management Intern to work onsite with our product team to guide the design, develop, and support of features on our core product.

• Create and manage experiments to discover how to maximize user satisfaction and performance
• Research, understand, and triage feature request and bug reports from internal and external customers
• Design user stories and requirements around discovered opportunities to improve our core product
• Work with engineering and design team to estimate, implement, and build features and ensure we're working on the highest priority projects at all times
• Lead product-related communications across company

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in engineering, business , or a related field
• Previous experience building and delivering successful products and projects
• Familiarity with building websites in HTML and CSS, and working with APIs
• Tendency to constantly try free trials of new product
• Preference for working and learning independently from hands-on experience
• Natural aptitude for explaining complicated topics like I’m five
• Ability to work in house with our Product team (Santa Monica)
