Business Analyst

Have you established a common understanding within a business environment, in which systems must be defined, designed, deployed, used and supported for complex projects? If so, Parsons has an immediate need for a highly motivated Business Analyst.

• Coordinate development efforts with IA and Security teams, contributing the development of security documentation such as Security Engineering Plans, etc.
• Identify, analyze, and document business requirements to support work product delivery.
• Development of Business Case Analysis (BCA), Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Memorandums of Agreements (MOA).
• Coordination of project artifact development and delivery.
• Provide support to contract Program Manager, as necessary.
• Effectively communicates technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Influences others to comply with policies and conform to standards and best practices.
• Attends and participates in professional conferences to stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of information systems and/or cyber security.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
• 8 to 15 years of relevant Business Analysis experience
• Ability to communicate complex technical and programmatic information, often in the form of verbal and visual operational updates, situation reports and briefings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Executive-level customer interaction preferred
• Current TS clearance required to start
