We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Marketing Team to execute a national platform of marketing strategies and programs that drive revenue generation, build company visibility and market leadership, and support Paladino’s mission, business objectives and brand value. We are looking for an individual who is collaborative, can articulate a compelling marketing point of view and thrives in a fast paced environment.
This leadership team member is extremely well organized, possess proficiency in formulating a national platform marketing strategy, ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage multiple stakeholders across the organization to achieve desired results. Candidates must be able to influence others, pull business development practices out of the consulting team and lead them towards market expansion, make enterprise wide strategic decisions, work independently and complete initiatives and projects on deadline. To be successful you must be a self-starter who thrives under pressure with experience working with multiple marketing methods (e.g., public relations, proposal writing, graphic design, webinars, e-mail, banner ads, search (organic and paid), and social media tools), brand management, and in a matrix, multi- location company.
Some travel is expected.
As Director, Marketing Communications you will:
* Drive thought leadership for the marketing function; develop and execute medium to long-term operational/tactical and strategic market plans; develops an annual business plan based on an understanding of business needs and objectives and integration into enterprise goals. Prepare and present team’s status reports and departmental metrics.
* Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research management, thought leadership programs, executive speaker bureaus and conference management and attendance efforts, and website design and content either directly or on an outsourced basis.
* Create demand generation strategies with thoughtful and well executed campaign materials including advertising, sell sheets, case studies, white papers, byline articles etc.
* Support business development efforts through the creation of RFQ/RFP responses, presentations and other client facing sales materials or collateral.
* Lead, engage and develop capability of the marketing team; be an active member of the company’s senior leadership team.
