Manager of Individual Giving

• Plan, implement, and manage the annual giving program
• Reach out to current and prospective donors through multiple channels including direct mail, phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
• Manage a portfolio that consists of 75% annual giving donors and 25% major gift donors – consisting of a total portfolio of size of 75-100
• Serve as a staff liaison to the organization’s Corporate Advisory Board

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of professional fundraising experience
• Experience using Raiser’s Edge
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Health care experience is a plus, but not a must-have
