Manager of Individual Giving

* Plan, implement, and manage the annual giving program * Reach out to current and prospective donors through multiple channels including direct mail, phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings * Manage a portfolio that consists of 75% annual giving donors and 25% major gift donors – consisting of a total portfolio of size of 75-100 * Serve as a staff liaison to the organization’s Corporate Advisory Board

* Bachelor’s degree * At least 5 years of professional fundraising experience * Experience using Raiser’s Edge * Strong negotiation and presentation skills * Health care experience is a plus, but not a must-have
