* Design and implement node.js based applications and services for our internal business management portals * Prototype front end work as needed * Work with Product management to refine and agree requirements * Work with Quality team to ensure the work product is testable and tested

* Creative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of humor * Someone who loves all aspects of development, from brainstorming and design to implementation and launch * Experienced with modern mobile web technologies, approaches and concepts such as responsive and adaptive design, AJAX, Angular.JS and other modern JS frameworks, Bootstrap, LESS and SASS * Experienced building business systems based on digital marketing and SEO, credit card processing, product selection and purchase, accounting and reporting * Experienced publishing and consuming services using JSON and REST frameworks * Experienced working in an Agile / SCRUM environment * Familiar with approaches to frontend testing and related technologies, e.g. Selenium **You have:** * One to two years delivering database-driven Node.js apps in production * Five+ years software development experience * Demonstrated experience with cloud based solutions on AWS * Working knowledge of Linux system administration; Docker a plus * Familiarity with various forms of the software development life cycle * Experience using MySQL or similar relational database * Excellent project management and communication skills * Excellent system debugging and remediation skills **Extra bonus points if you have:** * Database administration * Front end web development * Experience with Docker
