Finance Manager

* Establish and communicate team goals in line with Pactiv’s strategic vison and mission * Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure all functions are operating effectively and accurately in accordance with Pactiv guidelines and policy * Mentor team members and provide growth opportunities * Develop relevant management reporting and metrics to communicate results and customer compliance * Review/analyze reporting to identify trends and deviations * Manage Rebate, Marketing and Trade program process, serving as key liaison between Business Unit and Accounting. * Manage Cash, Credit, Accounts Receivable and all Gross to Net activities to ensure current and accurate * Drive compliance to Pactiv Order Policies, coordinating with Sales, Customer and Business Units * Manage POD rebate and program accrual accuracy * Analyze credit worthiness of current/prospective customers to minimize bad debt risk * Reviews customer aging reports and works with credit analyst to maximize collections * Lead continuous improvement efforts to drive efficiencies in each process

* BA/BS degree with an emphasis in business and 5-7 years relevant experience * Previous management/supervisory experience * Ability to effectively interact with operating units, other departments, and senior management * Strong computer skills including significant expertise in Excel based modeling * Experience in the use of query tools, SAP, BW, Essbase, and HFM desired * Ability to work effectively and independently while managing concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities. * Strong process skills with a demonstrated ability to drive change
