Customer Collaboration Manager

* Service and manage relationship with RCP with special focus on RCP’s Tableware division. * Answer all new business requests. Work with the appropriate groups for capacity, packaging, pricing, forecasts, and PCR’s. * Project manages new product launches from concept to completion. * Answer all quality concerns, working with corporate and plant teams as needed. * Interface weekly with RCP to understand forecast changes and needs and communicate throughout the Pactiv organization. * Analyzes past and present sales and trends to anticipate needs and prevent constraints. * Own Pactiv side of RCP’s SLOB process. * Shepard RCP through Pactiv’s budgeting process to assure Pactiv has the appropriate forecasts and information needed to establish an annual plan. * Resolve new business opportunities for products supplied to Pactiv by RCP. * Resolve supply and quality issues for products supplied to Pactiv by RCP. * Resolve packaging issues that interrupt Pactiv’s ability to supply product to RCP. * Facilitate capital requests and approvals for Pactiv expansions/tools to support and for RCP expansion/tools to support.

* BA/BS required with emphasis in sales or operations management preferred * 5+ years of sales, business, or supply chain experience * Ability to establish and maintain direct customer relationships * Ability to work independently * Strong oral and written communication skills * Strong analytical and financial skills * Strong computer literacy – SAP, JDA, and Microsoft Office preferred
