Accounts Payable Coordinator

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for the on-time payments to vendors, reconciliation of vendor statements and handling inquiries.

* Responsible for entering Non-PO (direct entry) invoices and expense reports * Responsible for processing PO invoices using both a 2 and 3-way match process * Use of the automated upload process to post mass transactions * Verify vendor addresses and requesting updates as needed * Obtaining W9 and ACH information for new vendors * Reconcile vendor statements and request copies of invoices that are not processed * Opening mail and scanning invoices into SAP OpenText * Gathering and verifying open invoices for month end accruals and maintaining data on an accrual spreadsheet * Handling inquiries from internal and external customers

**Education & Experience** * High school degree or GED, Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred but not required. * Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in full cycle, high volume and fast paced Accounts Payable environment. * Proficient with computer, systems & knowledge MS Office (Excel and Word) required. * Experience in SAP required. * Experience in OpenText highly desired. **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** * Knowledge in Sarbanes Oxley controls for A/P is preferred * Ability to work independently in a fast pace and changing environment * Good written and verbal communication skills a must * Ability to pay attention to detail * Analytical and problem solving skills are required
