Summary
You will be the gatekeeper of the Art Department. The manager of Art Department’s workflow and communication with all company divisions. You will liaise between all departments and Art Department team members to seamlessly integrate managerial and logistical efforts in executing company-wide creative – from assisting in photography production timelines to managing collateral requests from Retail Stores and Customer Experience, and managing the productivity and timely delivery of creative needs by all Art Department team members. You must be capable and willing to lead multiple teams with confidence, commitment, and understanding, as well as possess a well-rounded understanding of the mission of Outdoor Voices in relation to internal management and external communications. You will ensure all brand collaborators and agency partners have a great experience with OV through evident support and management. Most importantly, we look for candidates who are excited and willing to engage with the OV family through activity, whether on the court or in the office.
Responsibilities
* Learn, uphold, and embrace brand guidelines and standards in all undertakings * Act as the administrative and managerial point person to create and support project timelines * Facilitate cross-divisional communication between all departments and the Art Department, including mediating meetings and combining efforts of departments in order to meet marketing objectives * Managing budget and balancing expenditures to achieve OV’s marketing objectives in the most cost- and time-effective manner possible * Ensure flawless dissemination of assets across all platforms and in all physical spaces as necessary * Compilation and presentation of marketing project decks, including financial, creative, scheduling and logistical aspects * Monitoring, interpretation and factoring in of performance assessments into current and future marketing efforts
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent experience * 4+ years of agency experience (Trafficker/Project Manager/Account Manager preferred) within the Creative/Apparel industries. * End-to-end understanding of the creative process – from conception, to development, post-production (as needed), and delivery to Digital Marketing departments and external brand partners * Ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines * Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to all ideas, thoughts, and concerns of OV team members * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of end-to-end creative process * Excellent time management skills and willingness to go above and beyond to meet deadlines and produce visuals of the utmost quality and brand integrity * Must be willing to be/already based in NYC or Austin, TX
