Outdoor Voices is on the hunt for a freelance Junior Copywriter to support with the various messaging needs of the business. Reporting directly to the candidate will produce copy consistent with brand tone and guidelines across a myriad of internal and external touch points. Great writing and editing skills are a must, and we’re especially interested in candidates who are familiar with the apparel landscape, interested in physical activity (dog walking counts!) and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

* Write clear, concise copy in brand voice * Meticulous detail to spelling, grammar, and punctuation * Email production including subject lines, headlines, and body copy * Digital assets including display and paid social * Product descriptions based on predefined templates * Proofing Field Marketing flyers to align with brand tone

* Bachelor's in Communication, Journalism, Creative Writing or related degree * 1-2 years relevant brand or agency experience * Flexibility to write quickly and efficiently on tight deadlines * Ability to multitask and shift priorities * Receptive to direction and capability to apply feedback to creative work * Desire to work collaboratively with a small team without ego
