In 1999, a select group of individuals came together to form Opti Staffing Group with one goal in mind: Keep the customers we serve and the candidates we assist at the forefront of all we do! At that time, economic signs indicated that a new approach to the personnel business was necessary in terms of companies and candidates alike. Drawing from their experience and commitment to the staffing industry, these individuals determined that dedication to excellence was the key to success.
