* Updating documentation and company processes/procedures * Cost reductions and budgeting * Process Improvements * Assisting quality dept. with root-cause and corrective actions * Assisting with upgrading current equipment * Assisting with purchasing new equipment * Leading continuous improvement projects * Using LEAN /Six Sigma manufacturing methods to improve quality

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering * 2-10 years experience * Knowledge of PFMEA, PPAP, SPC and APQP * Knowledge of TS16949 preferred
