Omaze is a for-profit cause marketplace that is revolutionizing the philanthropic space. We serve world changers – all people who want to make a difference in the lives of others – by providing fun and easy ways to raise money for causes that have a positive and lasting impact around the globe.

Who We’re Seeking:

• A talented comedy writer to lead the creative strategy of our campaigns and lend their voice to a broad range of original content spanning video, social media, email and site copy.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a team of copywriters producing original video scripts and social media content that excite our celebrity and non-profit partners, engage their fans, and maybe even win them a few new ones
• Capture the broad range of voices of our charity and celebrity partners with copy that is on-brand, engaging, and often hilarious
• Work with our marketing and campaign teams to maintain a consistent creative strategy as unique as each fundraising experience

Our Ideal Candidate:

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience, with an emphasis on short form comedic script writing
• You have commercial experience, and a demonstrated ability to include a call to action in comedic content
• You have experience in a writer's room and a prolific portfolio
• You take your work seriously but not yourself
