Director of Public Relations

A PR expert to define and drive Omaze's business and consumer PR strategy, while supporting and helping craft the overall brand and company’s growth initiatives.

- Own and oversee the public relations program and assist in managing external agencies - Develop and execute results-driven PR campaigns, strategies and plans - Work closely with various teams to create strategic messaging and assets around campaigns and products - Identify and pitch relevant stories to a broad range of media – including entertainment, business and tech press - Build and manage events, speaking opportunities and awards calendars - Develop metrics and processes to measure PR impact

- At least 5 years of experience managing PR efforts, with preference for both in-house and agency - Experience working in marketing communications for a high-growth stage company - Ability to analyze, interpret, communicate and adjust strategies to align with data and company goals - Proven track record of creating highly successful media relations programs - Existing relationships with key press contacts for relevant industry/trade and consumer media - You take your work seriously but not yourself - You are passionate about creating impact
