Who We’re Seeking: You are a cutting-edge creative who can shape the future of Omaze’s video content. Your strong storytelling skills will provide creative thought leadership and strategy for our non-profit and celebrity partners. Key responsibilities: - Develop concepts and pitches for video as part of larger marketing campaigns that work across digital, social and mobile platforms - Produce content with the world's top talent, and document our winners' once-in-a-lifetime experiences - Demonstrate overall creative excellence, including problem solving, creative strategy and quality of creative product - Lead partners and internal teams through the creative process from inception of opportunity through final project delivery

Our ideal candidate: - You have 5+ years of relevant experience as a creative lead for video content projects - You have a passion for and track record of creating both comedic and inspirational pieces that appeal to a broad audience, and have a network of directors that can achieve both - You are highly collaborative and a strong manager - You can articulate creative concepts and rationale for our partners and team You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - You take your work seriously but not yourself
