Oak Grove Technologies, LLC a fast growing federal contractor, is seeking a Project Manager in support of a proposal for the Criminal Law Committee's Administrative Office. The Project Manager oversee the development on-line, web-based/e-learning training modules of the curriculum used by Federal Probation Officer Trainers and Treatment Providers. This curriculum will be used to teach criminal offenders necessary skills for each criminogenic need: cognitions, social networks, education/employment, and alcohol/drug use. The Project Manager will oversee Subject Matter Experts (SME's), Assistant SME's, and Courseware Developers in the following:
- Integrate the best practices in the field of corrections and behavioral health as it relates to the implementation of evidence based practices with this population.
- Developing a web-based/e-learning training module

Develop separate curriculum and tailor curriculum of each manual for each of the following audiences:
- Federal Probation Officers
- Federal Probation/Supervised Release Offenders
- Offenders’ Support Networks
- Treatment Providers* Training of the Trainers (TOT)

Develop a manual containing curriculum in the following areas for each of the identified audiences:
- Cognitions (faulty thinking)
- Social Networks
- Education/Employment
- Alcohol/drug use
- Violent Behaviors
- Conduct training to all levels of Federal Probation staff, including senior managers, supervising officers, senior officers, and line officers
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- Nationally recognized project management certification
- Minimum of seven years of experience with project management specifically related to multiple, large scale projects
- Experience with finance reports to ensure all assigned products are delivered on time and under budget
- Excellent interpersonal skills
