Product Strategy & Business Intelligence Analyst

• Strategic product plans - partner with Product Management and Development to design strategic product plans for all covered product wrappers, with an emphasis on open-end mutual funds and separately managed accounts.
• Growth opportunity business cases - assess market size and opportunity for broad initiatives.
• New product business cases - assess market size and opportunity for individual products.
• Focus plan - develop and maintain an objective framework for identifying which products should receive the organization's marketing and sales focus.
• Merger/liquidation plan - develop and maintain an objective framework for merging/liquidating products.

Business Intelligence

• Maintain existing business intelligence tools - maintain quarterly production of current, open-end focused business intelligence.
• Expand business intelligence offerings - Expand the existing suite of open-end business intelligence tools into other areas of interest and additional product structures.

• Bachelor degree with strong academic credentials.
• 3-5 years of industry work experience
• Strong and well-developed analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Results-oriented with ability to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff across multiple business areas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, including ability to generate high quality presentations.
• Knowledge of industry databases is preferred (e.g. Morningstar Direct, SimFund, eVestment Alliance).
