- Work in an IBM z/OS Sysplex environment to install and implement CICS Transaction Server
- Implement Multi-Region Operation Configurations of CICS
- Implement CICS with DB2 Data Sharing
- Perform debugging and dump analysis for CICS Transaction Server abends
- At least 10 years of experience installing and maintaining IBM's CICS Transaction Server
- Experience tuning VSAM formatted files
- Hands-on experience implementing an MRO configuration of IBM's CICS
- Experience with interaction tools (AbendAid, Expediter, or IPCS)
