• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support via phone, ticket or email
• Install and support phones and computers
• Account Management in Active Directory and Exchange
• Vendor management

• Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
• 2 years of technical support experience
• Experience working with software and hardware
• Experience troubleshooting network, telecom and VPN Solutions
