- Provide above and beyond customer service - Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support via phone, ticket or email - Install and support phones and computers - Account Management in Active Directory and Exchange - Vendor management
Ideal Candidate
- Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) - 2 years of technical support experience - Experience working with software and hardware - Experience troubleshooting network, telecom and VPN Solutions
