Summary
Our Product Managers are facilitators and advocates for our world class SaaS platform that leverages big data to create actionable insights for our marketing, media and, analytics customers. Our team needs someone who thrives both as an individual contributor and a collaborative partner. As a Product Manager you will help shape product vision, advise teams on innovation opportunities, and lead development teams to produce products that deliver business value.
Responsibilities
* Lead and champion the continual evolution of the product’s vision, ensuring that it meets internal and external customer needs while also achieving the company’s strategic goals * Lead rich discovery processes with company stakeholders, discover market opportunities, and conduct user research to identify, evaluate and, define products and features that are valuable, usable, and feasible * Bring innovation to bear on the company's product lines and the ability to serve its customers. * Grow and refine product backlog by prioritizing against short- and long-term value delivery * Collaborate with Development, Design and other team members throughout product definition and project delivery * Make and own the hard decisions and trade-offs that emerge during product delivery when things don’t go exactly as planned * Align product release planning in harmony with business strategy and the integrated product roadmap * Work with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders, as appropriate, to identify and assess opportunities and to test and bring products to market
Ideal Candidate
**What You’ll Need** * 3+ years of product management experience at a technology company (SaaS or website) * Experience with software development in an Agile Environment * Experience with marketing, media buying, data analytics and digital advertising models preferred; SaaS experience is ideal * Experience with Google Analytics or other similar systems meant to extract data analytics to leverage optimizations * Bachelor’s Degree - preferably related to Marketing or Data Analytics **Who You Are** * Servant Leader who is willing to do whatever is needed to get the work done * Assertive personality (we say our Product Managers carry a “Bag of Hammers of differing hardness”) with ability to keep the team focused on the right priorities * Able to lead and facilitate discussions among a wide group of stakeholders (engineering, business units and external clients) * Cat Herder Extraordinaire! - Able to prioritize in the midst of the conflicting wants and needs of external customers and internal partners * Self-directed and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills * Excited about the Big Data revolution, with a passion for translating huge collections of data into actionable insights. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
