Analyst or Associate Analyst

Our solution, Kairos, analyzes and organizes real-time consumer data from the social web to uncover strategic, actionable insights. Kairos helps brands deeply understand their opportunity audiences, create content that connects with them, choose the right media investments, and track the connectedness of those audiences.

As an Analyst or Associate Analyst, and member of the Customer Success Team, you will assist with planning, developing, and delivering marketing solutions to Fortune 500 clients.

* Uses proprietary NI technology to analyze data from social media and other sources * Contributes research that answers specific questions for our clients about their brands, products, competitors, or their marketing campaigns * Contributes ideas to innovate new tools, features, or entire products * Surfaces insights discovered during analysis to project teams * Provides QA of own analyses * Participates in internal project team meetings and calls * Diligently accounts for time and adheres to other CS/NI administrative duties

* Working knowledge of standard office productivity software including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word * Knowledge of Internet and electronic database searching tools and procedures * Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new technology * Familiarity with social media, including forums, blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc. * Written and verbal communication skills that translate into effective report preparation * Experience working in Marketing and Communications, Advertising, Marketing Research, Statistics, Sociology, or Economics or equivalent experience * 1-3 years of experience performing primary research for a corporation, marketing agency, or research firm
