Corporate Account Compliance Analyst

The Corporate Account Compliance Analyst is responsible for the timely completion of various Corporate Account audits and reporting to the Members and Customers. Corporate Account Compliance Analyst supports the compliance initiative by identifying compliance risks and collaborating with CA Compliance Leader as well as various cross-functional teams on finding long-term resolutions for those risks and related compliance issues.

* Manage timely analysis and reporting for all Corporate Account contracts that include specific compliance needs as assigned * Develop new tools and reports as needed * Work closely with other departments and Members in order to find opportunities for collaboration in the common effort of improving overall compliance levels * Support the Compliance team by taking on additional ad hoc projects * Maintain and build relationships with NETWORK distributors assigned to Corporate Accounts. * Build and maintain collaborative relationships with NETWORK internal partners including sales team and internal teams. * Maintain awareness of the department objectives by working closely with the CA Compliance Leader to achieve those goals. * Recommend process and efficiency improvements within the department. * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Must be detail oriented and organized * Strong analytical and problem resolution skills * Ability to meet assigned deadlines * Resourceful, proactive and independent * Excellent technical ability in mathematical calculations and auditing * Ability to understand customer expectations and translate those into technical compliance requirements * Critical thinking EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * Work History Requirements: * Inside sales account experience a plus * Experience with distribution-type businesses preferred * Education Requirements: * 4 year college degree in any field TECHNOLOGY AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS: * Intermediate to Advanced level of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook * Experience with reporting tools, such as SAP BI/BW (i.e., Business Objects) * Familiarity with SAP a plus * Web Order Entry system experience a plus PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * None PHYSICAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: * None
