Senior Project / Program Manager

NetSuite is looking for a Senior Project / Program Manager with software development experience to join the Product Team. As Senior Project Manager, you will support the planning and execution of critical multi team software development projects at NetSuite. In this versatile role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, user experience designers, test engineers, and technical writers to organize, report on, and execute these efforts. A successful candidate takes pride in the ownership of projects and possesses the ability to be firm; yet approachable and friendly. As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation and development to implementation and customer rollout.

* Plan and Execute multi team projects * Create alignment on goals, timelines and risks * Effectively communicate progress and provide visibility into the state of projects to key stakeholders * Identify and remove impediments * Help break large projects down into smaller pieces * Provide coaching and guidance to Scrum Teams * Assists teams to work at a high velocity and create a predictable rhythm of producing great software

* B.S. in computer engineering or equivalent * 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects interfacing with software engineering teams * Thorough understanding of Project Management skills, processes and best practices * Ability to see the path to success, foresee risks and navigate a project to success * Superior communication skills * Agile Project Management experience * Experience with Agile software tools.
