Senior Product Manager, API Evangelist for Platform APIs

This is a product role where you will define and own our own API portal for the Anypoint Platform. Be ready to deliver a world class API portal for our platform APIs. Your product will stand and shine aside developer.uber.com, dev.twitter.com, twilio.com and other leading API portals. You will also drive the internal programs to ensure all published APIs meet your criteria to live in that portal. The results of your work will be seen and used by thousands of developers. You will also be an influential driver of new capabilities and technology partnerships around our developer tools and platform services for publishing and interacting with APIs. * Define the Anypoint Platform API Portal and work with engineering to implement and deliver it * As the API Czar for our platform APIs, define the acceptance criteria and best practices for APIs published to our portal and onboard APIs for each product team into the portal * Identify technology partnerships that can enhance the experience in our platform developer portal and work with business development to define how they would be integrated * Develop a platform SDK strategy in support of our technology partnerships and OEM customers

**30 Days:** * Take ownership of the Anypoint Platform API Portal and assess the current state of the portal and the APIs that exists in it. * Study best practices of various API portals and implement a design spec and roadmap for our portal * Understand the Anypoint Platform products, technology and our internal release process * Take ownership of our OEM roadmap and drive our near term deliverables **60 Days:** * Work with the architecture team to define the API best practices and roll those out within engineering * Launch an updated API Portal and begin onboarding APIs * Identify key technology partners to integrate into our portal **90 Days:** * Have all existing APIs on the new API portal * Launch first integrated partner technologies * Publish our platform SDK strategy and roadmap

* Previous experience with APIs and an understanding of what a great API experience looks like * Been part of an engineering, product or marketing team for an enterprise solution through multiple release cycles with a significant customer base * Demonstrated ability to grasp and learn new technologies * Interest in Enterprise software, cloud and APIs
