A progressive feed manufacturing company is urgently looking to hire an experienced Plant Manager for a premix pet food facility. This company has multiple facilities across the the entire US. They run multiple 3 shifts over 5 days, and have more than 75 employees so strong leadership is important. * Overall Management of 85 employees over multiple shifts * Hire, Train and Develop Staff * Handle all production responsibilities – P&L, inventory, maintenance * Ability to work with multiple departments to accomplish company goals (QA, Customer Service, Purchasing) * Ensure Safety and conduct safety meetings * Work closely with the quality team to ensure the facility is compliant with regulatory regulations.

* B.S. Degree in Agriculture or Food Science is preferred * Related management experience in manufacturing setting (feed/pet food/food processing industry is a must) * Great communication skills * HACCP Certified is preferred * Ability to lead a team
