A progressive feed manufacturing company is urgently looking to hire an experienced Plant Manager for a premix pet food facility. This company has multiple facilities across the the entire US. They run multiple 3 shifts over 5 days, and have more than 75 employees so strong leadership is important. • Overall Management of 85 employees over multiple shifts
• Hire, Train and Develop Staff
• Handle all production responsibilities – P&L, inventory, maintenance
• Ability to work with multiple departments to accomplish company goals (QA, Customer Service, Purchasing)
• Ensure Safety and conduct safety meetings
• Work closely with the quality team to ensure the facility is compliant with regulatory regulations.

• B.S. Degree in Agriculture or Food Science is preferred
• Related management experience in manufacturing setting (feed/pet food/food processing industry is a must)
• Great communication skills
• HACCP Certified is preferred
• Ability to lead a team
