• Define and implement the overall company strategy together with the CEO
• Maintain relationships with Venture Capital & Private Equity
• Responsible for all our M & A activities
• Help hire and lead a world-class board and management team.
• Spearhead new business opportunities.
• Work with senior management to expand our current client relationships at a high level.
• Together with the CEO you represent Motive in the Media, at Events and within our organization.

• Outstanding successful track record of 5-15 years of work experience with Venture Capital, Private Equity, Banking, Internet or as successful Entrepreneur
• Very strong leadership, communication & deal-making skills
• Strong existing Network within Venture Capital, Private Equity & Banking Industry.
• Strong relationship and experience in Mobile Ad Tech, Digital Advertising & Start-up’s.
• English is mandatory; further language skills are a plus
