* Define and implement the overall company strategy together with the CEO * Maintain relationships with Venture Capital & Private Equity * Responsible for all our M & A activities * Help hire and lead a world-class board and management team. * Spearhead new business opportunities. * Work with senior management to expand our current client relationships at a high level. * Together with the CEO you represent Motive in the Media, at Events and within our organization.

* Outstanding successful track record of 5-15 years of work experience with Venture Capital, Private Equity, Banking, Internet or as successful Entrepreneur * Very strong leadership, communication & deal-making skills * Strong existing Network within Venture Capital, Private Equity & Banking Industry. * Strong relationship and experience in Mobile Ad Tech, Digital Advertising & Start-up’s. * English is mandatory; further language skills are a plus
