Lead and direct all of the manufacturing in a multi-plant (5-6 plants) Provide leadership and development to the Plant Managers (5 - 6) to meet all objectives Environment is: manufacturing & assembly Establish goals and objectives for Plant Managers Overall operational strategy Meet customer goals and needs Quality, health, safety and all environmental; make sure all policies and guidelines are implemented Metrics: related to production volumn, cost, quality etc. Principles of manufacturing to be consistent with company mission, values and vision Planned hours: improve and track Implement operation procedures for production Meet deadlines Assess operations re: staffing, skills, improvements, deficiencies. Set performance goals and conduct appraisals for Plant Managers Provide input and guidance for new product development & processes Budgeting for each Plant / manufacturing unit including new product costs Ability to travel up to 25%

Bachelors - business or engineering Masters preferred 7+ years of manufacturing operations; preferably with multi-plant experience Strong problem identification Shop floor experience Metrics focused; drive improved performance Strengths in: Leadership, team building and strong interpersonal skills Strengths in: supply chain Ability to provide verbal and written presentations at a high level.
