Responsibilities
- Gain deep insights into articulated and un-articulated market needs through on-going visits to customers and non-customers - Inspire and lead a team of designers and engineers to identify the most impactful problems to solve, and then innovate solutions that delight customers - Drive the product roadmap and ship awesome products by prioritizing short-term and long-term objectives - Achieve product sales, customer reference, and end-user adoption goals in collaboration with sales, marketing, solutions, and services teams
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years as product manager with a strong track record of shipping successful products - Proven enterprise SaaS/B2B experience - Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills - Excellent ability to empathize and communicate with people with different points of view - Ability to get work done through colleagues and customers - Ability to travel domestically and internationally to customer and non-customer sites - 6-10 years overall work experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
