The Sitecore Developer is responsible for managing the hosted Sitecore environment, accepting and deploying application developed by other team members and vendors, reviewing code quality, and training and supporting content editors and producers. Additionally, the incumbent will develop enhancements required by the business.

* Acts as platform SME for MB Financial site enhancement and data interchange design with other enterprise systems. * Configures and interoperates web analytics, including Sitecore and Google Analytics. * Designs and develops Sitecore presentations, including interactive elements. * Provides operation support for the web application. * Monitors and fine tunes SOLR based site searches. * Monitors and manages server performance and responses. * Configures Sitecore workflows, securities, rules, and actions. * Installs/upgrades SiteCore application with new/patch releases. * Ensures quality code delivery from the team members and vendors, including code review, verification against best practice, and quality testing. Opens bug tickets and retests fixes. * Adheres to change management process to resolve application defects or to implement development enhancements and deployments. * Complies with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. * “LIVE” the Bank’s Mission Statement and “PRACTICE” the Bank’s Corporate Strategy. * Other duties will be assigned.

* Experience with SiteCore 6.4 and above. * Solid knowledge of .Net framework 4.0+, ASP.net and C# concepts, techniques and programming. * Knowledge of relational databases, as well as skills in SQL query design and development. * Strong analytical ability and aptitude to derive and translate designs from business concepts. * Ability to understand and quickly learn business concepts, functions, processes and activities of MB Financial Bank. * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. * Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required. * Proven creative problem-solving abilities. * Ability to communicate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. * Logical, efficient, and proactive. * Highly self-motivated and directed. * Keen attention to detail. * Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. **Education/Experience** * Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems, or related areas of study; and three years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. * Related experience should include the following areas: * .Net development. * Experience managing professional web site based on Sitecore, including server management, component development, and data integration. * Experience in supporting enterprise systems. * Experience in Windows servers and SQL servers. * Good Experience in web UI development. **Computer Skills** * To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience working on SoteCore projects designing, developing, testing and troubleshooting. Experience with the Microsoft .Net framework with C# and SQL Server is required. **Certificates and Licenses** * The Microsoft developer and SiteCore certifications are preferred, but not required.
