Digital Marketing Manager

The company set out to be a different kind of mattress retailer; focused on creating a unique shopping experience for the customer with a large selection of quality, BRAND NAME bedding products, competitive pricing and knowledgeable, well-trained associates.

This position is responsible for managing the work-flow processes and schedules for production of digital programs and experiences, to include; allocating projects, managing schedules, timelines, budgets and the coordination of project deliverables to deliver the project on time and on budget.

• Coordinates and tracks projects from inception to completion.

• Manages work-flow processes and schedules for production of digital programs and experiences.

• Manages budget to ensure spending does not exceed original scope.

• Oversee the integration between our social media reputation management strategy and ensure alignment through various platforms.

• Partners with the Sales and Branding teams to identify and maximize e-commerce opportunity and increase the e-commerce business.

• Tracks and recommends changes to digital marketing strategy through KPIs produced through internal and external vendor marketing plan.

• Collects client requests for new projects, campaigns, content updates, and code changes to be managed into an ongoing prioritized list

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent related experience.

• Thorough understanding of the marketing channels including PPC, Display, Retargeting, email, social media, and direct response is required. A portfolio of previous experience with such assets will be required to qualify for an interview.

• A deep understanding A/B testing, conversion rate optimization testing and a resume that displays tangible results with such areas of marketing.

• Excellent communication skills; oral, written and presentation.

• Thorough understanding of MS Excel including Macros, Pivot Tables, and various formulas to perform data analysis.
