Summary

Act as internal champion taking inquiries from marketing teams and/or affiliates on HCP related global events Responsible for ensuring appropriate suppliers are used for HCP related meetings and events and following the procedure and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare meeting analyst identifying areas to take action on those not following the compliance timeliness. Perform the
  • necessary follow-up options to present to the Business Owner, Reconciliation Coordinator and/or suppliers that processes are
  • being followed
  • Manage highly sensitive and confidential information in appropriate professional manner. Ensure interaction with the Medical
  • Teams is managed promptly with excellent customer service skills.
  • This position will work closely with StarCite and Meeting Analytics
  • Support team in developing and maintaining new tracking technology
  • Assist with other administrative duties/projects as required
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor Degree Preferred but not required
  • Ability to prepare and work with spreadsheets to provide analysis reports
  • Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications including: MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be self-sufficient, detail-oriented and be able to complete projects without a lot of supervision
  • The individual must possess high degree of integrity and good judgment due to the inherent gray areas and sensitivity within
  • compliance, corporate purchasing and financial policies
  • This individual must be agile and adaptable and be able to work in a dynamic environment with frequently changing rules and priorities
  • Must be able to consistently re-evaluate processes and work on relatively undefined high exposure special projects
  • Listens actively to acquire information and understand others viewpoint, develop open, honest and beneficial relationships
  • with colleagues and customers by establishing rapport, and an understanding of others needs, promoting common goals and
  • follow through on due dates and action items
  • Identifies possible issues and resolutions
  • Accountable for meeting analytics project deliverables
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical meeting experience preferred, State Reporting experience a plus, SRM and/or
  • cVend experience preferred
  • Experience using StarCite or similar meeting technology a plus
  • Visio and Snagit a plus
  • Knowledge of Meeting Reconciliation, Physician Sunshine Payment Provisions and pharmaceutical industry transparency
  • requirements and states with enacted discloser reporting laws preferred.
