Manhattan Prep applies data analytics to improve student outcomes, instructor performance, and the effectiveness of its marketing campaigns. Our Business Intelligence Developer is charged with building and maintaining Manhattan Prep’s reporting infrastructure, and communicating the results with stakeholders in the company. As a Business Intelligence Developer at Manhattan Prep, you will apply programming skills to complex problems; data-driven results set the company’s direction and inform its decision-making processes. The work is challenging, fast paced and always changing. Strong analytical skills, an unwavering commitment to quality, a collaborative work ethic and cutting edge coding skills are all required. Our Business Intelligence developer is our in-house statistical expert and requires independence, a healthy level of skepticism, and the ability to stick to your guns. You will be given substantial responsibility with room for professional growth. - Own the reporting and analytics over all of Manhattan Prep’s data
- Work with stakeholders in each of Manhattan Prep’s departments to improve outcomes across departments
- Develop insights into the different verticals within Manhattan Prep’s business
- Design experimental approaches to learning and evaluate their results
- Communicate results with Manhattan Prep’s Leadership Team
- Participate in a strong tech culture
Required:

- Ability to communicate technical results with non-technical teams
